Shipping
Keys are small and light, so they ship fast and cheap. Most orders go out the same business day, with free shipping over $75.
Processing time
In-stock keys ordered before 2:00pm ET on a business day typically ship the same day. Orders placed later, or on weekends/holidays, ship the next business day. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your label is created.
Shipping rates
Free standard shipping on orders $75 and over.
Under $75: a flat $8.95 standard rate.
Expedited options are shown at checkout when available.
Carriers & delivery estimates
We ship via USPS, UPS and FedEx depending on destination and speed. Typical standard delivery is 2–5 business days within the contiguous United States after dispatch. Estimates are not guarantees; carrier delays can occur.
Tracking your order
Every order includes tracking. Follow it from your account → Order history, or from the link in your shipping confirmation email.
Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States, including APO/FPO addresses via USPS. We don't yet ship internationally — if you need a key outside the US, contact us and we'll see what we can do.
Lost, delayed or damaged shipments
If tracking stalls or a package arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll open a carrier trace and get a replacement moving so you're not left without a key.
Heads up: a key still needs programming
Fast shipping gets the key to your door — but most keys must be cut and/or programmed before they'll start your car. Check the programming method listed on each product page, and our programming guide.
